DotDental ships dental care products and related items to customers in many regions worldwide. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders.
1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, high-volume periods or stock verification, processing may take longer.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from China depending on product availability, stock location and fulfillment arrangements.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by destination, customs handling and carrier performance. In general, international delivery may take approximately 7 to 20 business days after dispatch, but delays may occur.
We provide tracking when available. Tracking updates can take several days to appear after shipment.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the current store settings, order value and available delivery methods.
At the time of this policy update, the store may offer a standard international shipping rate and a free-shipping threshold for qualifying orders. Final shipping charges shown at checkout control.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or local charges may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email address are accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to complete customs clearance, additional reshipping charges may apply.
7. Delivery Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather, public holidays, force majeure events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos if applicable. We will review the case and work with the carrier to assist.
