We want customers to shop with confidence. Because many dental and oral care items involve hygiene, packaging integrity and product safety considerations, the return policy below applies.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order.

To be eligible, items must be unused and, where applicable, in their original unopened packaging unless the problem is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened, used or customer-damaged dental consumables, oral care items, or other products that cannot be safely resold.

Custom, special-order or clearance items may also be non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

3. How to Request a Return

Email dotdental@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, product name, reason for the request and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

4. Refund Review

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.

If a return shipment is required and approved, we will provide the relevant instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by our error, a defective item or shipping damage confirmed by review, we may cover or reimburse reasonable return-related costs when approved in advance.

If the return is requested for other reasons and is approved, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any non-refundable processing costs.

6. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are usually issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed, packed or shipped may no longer be cancellable.
